Elaine Garcia is a singer/songwriter, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Elaine is a 2009 graduate of Texas State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family & Consumer Sciences with a major in Family and Child Development. She currently works as a Child Specialist for a non-profit organization. She proudly admits that her country music idol is none other than the “King” George Strait! Mr. Strait has been an influential artist in her love of country music. Elaine began writing and performing her original music during Kent Finley’s Songwriter’s Circle at Cheatham Warehouse in San Marcos while attending Texas State. She has also had the opportunity to perform with several Texas Music Artists at Ruby’s Lounge in Los Angeles, Texas. Her style of writing is genuine, raw and heartfelt.
