EYB’s previous album LIFE AT BEST scored back-to-back chart-toppers with the DOUBLE PLATINUM smash "Crazy Girl" and PLATINUM hit "Even If It Breaks Your Heart." The former was also named Billboard’s 2011 #1 Country Song of the Year and won the 2012 ACM Awards Song of the Year while the latter was nominated for GRAMMY Best Country Song, CMA Single of the Year, Song of the Year as well as ACM Single of the Year and Song of the Year.

For the third consecutive year, EYB is nominated for Vocal Group of the Year at the ACM Awards, airing April 6 on CBS at 8P ET.

i remember watching these guys in college...they have changed a bit...songs have a little more mainstream theme to them unlike the stuff off their early album which was good...i remember watching mike play open mic nights in tshirts and beat up caps backwards and now it seems they've let the scene and image get to them a little...i will still give them respect that they put on a good show and the music is always there...i'm not hating on the EYB but i liked the old days better...sorry, dont attack me

there were post on here saying that they were emo. i dont know who exactly but i read it through out several different ones. but on here wasnt the only place i've heared it. i just find it funny because it couldnt be further from the truth..

eyb_juknie is refering to the self-titled album..track 8 on it is Uncertain..great song; The first Mike and James wrote together. And EYB is emo? that makes me laugh..Seriously, do you even know what emo is? Because one things for sure..its not EYB. So their music is a little different than most on the scene, doesnt mean one has to disrespect them and what they are doing. No one says you have to like their music, to each their own, but at least give them the respect they deserve for doing something different and paving new roads.

this album is only the beginning of a long run that this band is going make. This is texas music in YOUR FACE style. track # 8 was written by front man Mike Eli- this is quite possibly the best sing ever written. I can not count the number of times I have had the pleasure of seeing this band. If you dont have this CD BUY IT !!!

I'm 32 years old and I absolutely love this band. I heard Mike Eli doing an interview the other day talking about Buddy Holly and some of the influences of the band and I just think that these get it. I just think some of you are music snobs. Thats not what its all about.
