Deluxe CD/DVD edition. 2014 live release from the rockin' Country singer/songwriter. Jackson Taylor is a storyteller, plain and simple. He combines his real life experiences with old school Country elements and throws in the flavors of Punk and Southern Rock to create a style all his own. Jackson Taylor continues to break the rules of traditional Country music with his straightforward lyrics, ''take it or leave it''

approach, intense live performances, and the drive and determination of a freight train. Recorded in July of 2013, Jackson Taylor & the Sinners became the 45th artist/band to join the LIVE AT BILLY BOB'S TEXAS music series. In keeping with the originality of Jackson Taylor & the Sinners, the band recorded their LIVE AT BILLY BOB'S TEXAS CD and DVD at midnight from 81 Club, a new Billy Bob's Texas venue just steps from the club.

The CD and DVD captures the true essence of the Sinners and provides a front row seat to the rowdy and raucous live show that you can relive again and again.

This CD is awesome. As a country program director, the advance copy I received floored me. This CD proves that Jackson is here for himself, and not for the fans. It just so happens that many fans enjoy his style of music. Great stuff here. If you like Tim McGraw or Rascall Flatts, don't buy this CD. But if you like Elvis, Willie, Waylon, and Merle; this is the album for you.

With the good must come the bad. There is no right without wrong. Jackson has always had the knack for stirring emotions in people, both good and bad. His latest CD is no exception. Jack writes and sings what he knows and all that he knows is what he lives everyday. If you want to experience a true artist, then you must spend a little time with Mr Taylor. On stage, he personifies the legends that he adores. It is not an impersonation, but a true tribute to those that have lived that same life. That is much more than can honestly be said for most that blare on today’s country radio. If you want an experience that you can tell your grandchildren about, but you won’t want your kids to know about – spend a night with Jack.

You punks, who continually come into this forum and bash Jackson personally, are cowards. This area, for posting reviews, was not intended for such irresponsible behavior. If you purchased an album and do not care for the music that's fine; say so and move on. You are illustrating your lack of maturity by continuing with this nonsense and I urge anybody who reads these juvenile comments to give them no consideration. Judge the man and the music for yourself. All:please try to maintain the integrity of lonestarmusic.com by not participating in these confrontations as it weakens the foundation of this entire musical community. Much love to all.
