The Lost Trailers bio we used to have up from their label compared the group to Kenny Chesney and phrased it as a good thing. We decided to update it ourselves here at LSM. Our take: The Lost Trailers are a Georgia-based quintent that used to rock until they sold their souls for a few coppers and a support slot on tour with the pec-implanted demon of Nashville. Now they play the same weak-ass country music wallpaper you can hear anywhere. Welcome to the Woods is a great disc, but steer clear of any of their CDs released after 2004.

I think you mean dumb, not "dumn". And you don't think Ragweed smokes "the pot"? You must be "dumner" than we all thought.

Listening to Justin Frazell's podcast on the 99.5 the Wolf website, the Lost Trailers clearly have it all wrong. Real Country Music like Texans like it means writing their own songs and not hinging on some chicken fried major label chosen tune to make the fans come their way... They are too caught up in trying to be the next Allman Brothers from Georgia. Their country songs reak, their rock songs are ok, and their stage presence... well lets put it this way, they have to play a rockin Skynyrd tune to make the fans stand up and allow them to get their photo shots at Billy Bob's for their website.... Keep on germ'in kenny chesney and BNA records, cause we already got the best southern rock newcomers in the nation... and they aint from Georgia.... Plus our boys aint dumn enough to get their trailers stolen three times. Quit smoking the pot, and concentrate on making good country music without the kenny and phil vassar licks.

First of all dont ever compare, the Lost Trailers to Pat Green, The Trailers are all origional (they write their own songs, and this takes tallent). They rock, and there is no denying it. The horse song is my favorite, but the new cd is the best. DOnt let this crack pot "like it mattes" steal another metaphorical trailer. Keep rocking

"Like it matters" (the writer who was not kind about the Trailers)has no idea what the glory of the Lost Trailers has brought from outside the state line. Welcome to the Woods is just a good a CD as Story of the New Age Cowboy. Excellent.

Like it matters but. . .
Sounds just as weak and misguided as any Nashville record. It may have cost $100,000 to make, but it has Zero soul, zero meaning, and for goodness sake, get over yourselves. Your music suck and to top it off, ya'll are completely mediocre even for Texas/Red Dirt standards. By the way, your music is not important and no one will remember you after they've long forgotton PG and Ragweed, which should be about 2009. . . See ya in the funny papers fellow 'artist.'
