Let's deconstruct the meaning of the band name “Hot Club of Cowtown.” Seems simple, doesn't it? Until you realize “Hot Club” does not refer to a burlesque bar on Bourbon Street, and “Cowtown” isn't a theme park devoted to folks who eat steak at every meal
