Bluegrass artist Sarah Jarosz will release two new songs titled "The New 45" on Sugar Hill on Nov. 2.
The songs were recorded in Nashville on the 19-year-old's summer break from New England Conservatory in Boston where she is a sophomore. "The New 45" combines the original composition My Muse (to be included on her upcoming full-length release) plus Bill Withers' Grandma's Hands. Both tracks are previously unreleased, and this will be the only chance for fans to purchase Grandma's Hands. Vinyl pressings to be made available at select outlets and on Jarosz's website later in the month.
