With every song he writes, he has real emotions that go with them, if you really listen you will feel them to. Awesome writer and singer. but i may be bias, so shoot me.

These guys are great. I've known shawn for a long time. He's a really good songwriter. It's good see that everyone is starting to catch on finally. Keep it up guys!!!!!

I have both the cd's they are in the house stero or the car stero all the time...we are reluctant to loan them out to friends because often, we have to buy new ones. Great music & great personalities make for a great combination. Songs with meaning and heart that touch your heart, make you cry and make you laugh. What more could you ask for in a great cd.

Just heard the song Broken Wings on the radio and I love it.Doesn't sound like anybody else out there.Very original.Just wondering these guy's will be in the Houston area.

i just have to say that these guys know how to have fun with thier music and with the fans that come to listen..the whole cd is great and original,with what you can tell,was alot of heart that went into the making of anything on it from all the guys who are a great mixture of awsome talent..love you guys and keep em' comin'!!!

I listen to alot of Texas artist and I have just heard of Shawn Jennings and the Southern Roots Band. I heard the song "Broken Wings" and had to have the cd.Every song is a winner.You guys now have a new fan!

These guys write some pretty neat songs! 'Alone With You', 'Cooter Brown',and the one that is # 1 at radiofree.org is one of my favorites. 'Broken Wings'...great story in the song. I give tham a 10 on that one.

i have to say that this is oen of the greatest original texas music sounds that i have heard in a long time...i love them live and they are great on cd..looking forward to hearing much more from them in the near future..Shawn and the band are a great mix of talented people who are going to go very far..

these guys rock... they really know how to party. the muisic is unbelivable, when was the last time you bought an album and loved every song... not just one or two but every last one?? check these guys out, to the band keep it up, they also have the best sound man in the world.
