I can not get enough of this Texas Blues/Rock band. These guys are young and so talented. Henry channels SRV at times and Carlos Santana at others. He's under-rated as a guitarist, but that will change! JoJo is such an important piece of this band. I love the fact that he plays a 6 string bass and is equally talented on drums and guitar. Ringo is 24 and evens out this incredible trio of brothers perfectly. Are you ready for some Texican Rock and Roll???? I'm always ready for LLB!

This was a great DVD! I had to buy my own copy. Growing up in Texas music was like a religon to my family. My father was the keyboard player for Sunny and the sunliners. I often heard stories about our culture and music. I never expected to see old pics of my dad on this dvd. I just wanted to thank the producers and the Lonley Boys for this special treat. Keep on rockin Primos!

I don't know what Taco Mayo there is listening to but as a general music lover, these guys are alright. Its the kind of music that listening to it can lighten your mood. Its like someone took Bob Marley, Carlos Santana, mixed them to gether and spread them over a little country. Its a light-hearted tune with a wonderful trio. Definately a cd that is played regularly in my truck.

Inspiring! I saw this at sxsw film festival last March. It's more than a performance film- it has great interviews with the band, their family, with journalists and music industry insiders. It goes into the history and culture of West Texas, of being Mexican American in West Texas. For anyone who loves music, for musicians- it's a film that will strike a chord.

this cd looks like a good one. i would get one.for the comment made by steve down below. the reason spanish is the fastest growing language is because there are so many wetbacks that came across the rio grande river who are not american citizen. they need to speak english. you think all the american english speaking citizen are going to learn spanish for the wetback conveince.this is not mexico. theres nothing wrong with being able to speak english and spanish but people need to learn english in america. well anyway. the los lonely boys are a great bad. hopefully they keep going.

If you give it a spin a time or two you will be hooked. In true LLB style everysong gets into your rock n roll soul and you wont be able to stop listening. A little bluesier and the recording quality and harmonies are incredible.

This is one of my favorite newer bands! I just saw them last summer (05) opening for Carlos Santana, and they were incredible. So much energy and showmanship. They are a "must see" live show, and their recordings will be listened to many times over. As for some other comments seen, yes we live in America, but Spanish is the fastest growing language of the world, and it sounds good even if not understood. Ususually the sections in Spanish just echo the English verses, so nothing is missed. This never hurt Santana, and it certainly does not detract from the listening pleasure of LLB. I love them!

I saw them in '02 or '03 in San Angelo at the ASU stadium opening for Willie. You know, I was pretty impressed then. I still think they are a good band, but I'm just not feeling them 100%
