This place rocks the guadalupe! I have been to several concerts at River Road Icehouse and have always had a blast and fast service. I'd highly recommend this venue for the fabulous talent they have as well as the sound.

I have been plannin my trips to the river around their concerts and have not had a bad experience once. Yes i see cops, but there are a lot of people there and thats understandable. The place keeps getting more unique each year. The staff are fun and have fun along with you. I would recommend any of my friends to go. I know they would have a great time.

This is probably my favorite venue in Texas. I have been to 4 concerts there, and i'd say 3 of them were the best I have ever been to. The staff is nice. Yes, there is a high police presence there - but unless you're doing something wrong that should be no worry. My friends and I have been wasted there before and never bothered by cops. The outdoor concerts are amazing, have great sound, and a great vibe on nice Texas nights. I give this venue 5 stars!

Just another poopty venue in New Braunfels. Horrible staff, terrible customer service, no training, no attention to detail, filthy bathrooms, and awful sound. They use to get decent acts, now they are all playing Whitewater. We would never go back

Bartenders are jerks...not there to serve the public....there to cause more drama...stay away! Owner and wife are in cahoots with the law.

I agree with DT -will never go here again and will encourage others to do the same -they protect the local "boys" while calling security on out of towners -want to have fun - stay on river - go to Gruene Dance Hall. This bar reminds me of "Road House"! Patrick Swayze has met his match!

Without a doubt the WORST venue we have ever attended. No space very little parking, terrible bathrooms, unfriendly staff, and cramped. No thank you!
