Great venue with great history of bands that have played there!!
Rockin Rodeo is the best place in Denton. As a college student who enjoys a diverse mix of music, I love it. I'm a west Texas country boy so I go in there for some good country and Texas country, plus the dj's do a great job mixin' it up and feelin' the crowd. Plus top quality acts in there Thursday nights. Large dance floor and I think 5 bars open busy nights. And the women are HOTT!!!
This place is a pleasant surprise. It doesn't look like much, being in a strip mall next to Pancho's. But the sound is great in here, you can see the band really well. It isn't very big, but is a great intimate venue. Wish they had concerts on Friday or Saturday, though.
