Since 1980, The Texas Cafe and Bar has been serving up some of the finest BBQ and live music in west Texas. Texas Blues is what the Spoon is all about, but from time to time you can also see anything from country to heavy metal. The Spoon is also home to the legendary Sunday night jam which was originally started by C.B. "Stubbs" Stubblefield and Jesse "Guitar" Taylor. The tradition continues today with musicians from all over west Texas coming to share their talents in front of an open mic.
