This is what Americana music is all about. The Cedar Squeezers don’t play for the party, they bring the party. It’s time to shake things up around here with these guys. When they play, people stay. They are going to try and turn it up and burn it down. Five south Texas boys, born and raised, writing songs and playing songs. There are three guitar players and songwriters and four singers, and a washtub bass player that gets shakin’ and quakin’ down on the dance floor and up on the bar. They have Billy Bond himself on the drums, everyone knows he can flat out bring it. “We’re lucky enough to have some of the best musicians in south Texas ready to join the party,” says the band. No telling who’s going to squeezin’ up with them next time.
