There's no way to describe the feeling you get watching David Lee Kaiser take the stage. You know what you're about to get. You're about to feel the crowd around you, the music loud, and songs that you would never imagine could come from one band. Growing up in Southeast Texas with a family like David Lee's, it was easy getting into Texas Country. With his uncle teaching him and his brother and his parents listening to Hank Jr., Merle, Jerry Jeff, Willie, and Waylon, David Lee got hooked on a musical lifestyle. Starting out as a drummer, he got a great fill for rock and blues. He even played with a band that mostly played Rage Against the Machine. He soon figured out how hard it was to write songs on the drums. He also didn't like being in the back. He wanted to be the center of attention. He picked up guitar and started writing. After playing with his brother and some good friends in a Texas Country band called Honky Tonk Jones his brother Jimmy and he decided to go out on their own. Jimmy and David Lee had great success with their debut album Spurlock Road with two top 25 hits in "Best Times" and "Ringo" co-written by the two brothers. On this same album, David Lee also wrote Psycho, South Sage, November, Austin, and Walk. After two years and great success the two brothers decided to part on good terms. "We both just wanted to do our own things" says David Lee about the separation. "My brother and I are best friends and would never do anything to hurt that." David Lee has been playing to packed houses since he first hit the Texas Country scene in 2000. He has also shared the stage with everyone from Cross Canadian Ragweed, Roger Creager, and Pat Green to Robert Earl Keen, Merle Haggard, and Hank Williams Jr. David Lee is now focusing on his new album titled "Twelve". "The one thing I've always loved is writing, playing, and singing my own songs", says David Lee. "I also like doing covers that are fun and really speak to me." While the crowd sings along to his originals, they also can expect covers and medleys that come from every different genre of David Lee's past.

David Lee Kaiser is like no other artist I have ever seen. His show are electrifying from the many originals such as Psycho to my personal favorite George Dickle. David has not only great original tracks but also a large number of covers he makes his own. This is for sure one person whos show I would not miss!
