Three guitars, three voices - Juneau is an original acoustic trio comprised of siblings Anthony, Patrick, and Laurie Juneau. Growing up in rural area north of Houston in a large musical family, Patrick, Anthony and Laurie began singing and performing at a very early age. Patrick has been playing the guitar as long as he's been old enough to hold one and plays a variety of other instruments, as well. They each did their own thing musically through the 70s and 80s, playing with and in different bands and acts. During that time, all three became, and continue to be, serious songwriters -- drawing on all types of musical influences and life experiences. In 1995, they combined their efforts, forming Juneau and began playing together in and around Austin. While the siblings are the core of Juneau, a complement of musicians are added at times, depending on the venue. In October of 2003 Juneau began work on their first full length CD - Juneau, with an expected release in May 2004… you just can't beat that sibling harmony…
