Rotary brings country singer to Bay City

The Bay City Rotary Club’s summer concert is set for Saturday, Aug. 25, and will feature Grammy-nominated national recording artist John Anderson, Texas Country rising star Rich O’Toole and Bay City’s very own Brett Crenshaw Band.
