Wade is one of the most exceptional songwriters I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. His music shows a great influence of traditional singer-songwriters such as Woodie Guthrie and Bob Dylan. I look forward to hearing him again soon and am eagerly anticipating his new album.
I love everything about Wade. The wig, the glasses, the catchphrase. Everything - the wig. And the glasses. And the catchphrase.
I love everything about Wade, he truly is one of a kind! I hope the next CD is live and I hope to be in the crowd. Keep up the great music. Love ya Wade.
Known Wade from back in the just "WEST 84" days. One of best people in texas music to come along in a long time. People like him are what make Tx Music great. If you hadn't got a chance to hear him;"go ahead and sit by the jukebox, load up a drink, and try not to listen." If 5 stars is the max, I give em a 9 1/2! keep playing on bud.
Yall need to shut your mouths...It ain't none of your scratchin busniess if Hank II wants to be a scratchin satanist he makes the best country music today....Thats the problem with this world everybody tryin to get in everyone elses busniess and tellin them what the scratch to do
"Anything but country!..." is what I'd always say. I recently went to visit a friend, who loves country music, in Austin. He tried for 5-6 yrs to get me to do the same. It wasn't happening... that is until I heard "Mood Ring" and "Walkin' along the Fence Line" by Wade Bowen while visiting TX. I, almost immediately, fell in love with the songs and Wade's voice. Thanks Wade!! :)
I can't get enough of Wade Bowen, especially on this CD. I love every single one of the songs on here, and would recommend spending your money on it if you haven't already.
