I love this band and hate to see them go. Saw them play good shows a few times in little bars in texas. Hopefully matt martindale will continue to write and make new music

If a band this good couldn't make it in Texas Music, it says a lot about Texas Music itself. I don't think much of Texas Music even exsists anymore. I'm tired and bored with there is today. Texas this, Texas that gettin drunk and f'd up. It's boring, boring, boring. Good luck Cooder, you were way too good.

Matt, Gyro, Chris, all of you guys will truly be missed. I had so much fun with all of you at The Ranch in Midland, especially every Halloween. Good luck to all of you! Diana

These guys have a special place in my heart and in my cd player NO.1 True Genuine Texas Country w/a Loud Edge. I can play their music over and over and never get tired of them. It's a shame there aren't more bands out there like them. My Heart is Heavy that they are disbanding, but these boys are talented, tough, and professional and will endure and excel with any path they choose to take. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your musical talents and friendship that will be etched in my soul, the rest of my Lone Star Life!

Cooder graw will be playing the band's last show on New Year's Eve at the Horseman in Fort Worth. Do yourself a favor and see these guys before they hang it up for good. They are still one of the very best bands in Texas. They will be playing almost every weekend left in 2006, so go catch them whenever and wherever you can! Godspeed Matt, Paul, Kelly, and Jon!
