Excellent CD. Sounds of the Eagles and others can be heard in a lot of their songs.

While I am defending Pat Green I want to also say good things about another Texas act although these guys already sound like more than just TEXAS COUNTRY. I got to see Kenefick in Houston at Blancos a few months ago when they had ol' man Joe Parsons up on stage. It was a blast and the band sounds even better on this CD. Best thing about this CD is that you can dance two-step and more to every song. That Cows Yall tune is funny as hell!!!!!

HOW COOL. I GOT TO HEAR THIS BAND RECENTLY IN HOUSTON AT A PLACE OFF THE SOUTHWEST FREEWAY AND THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. THEY HAD SOME TEXAS COUNTRY AND EVEN ALOT OF NASHVILLE SOUNDING SONGS THAT THEY WROTE THEMSELVES. THEY PUT ON A GOOD SHOW AND THEY HARMONIZE REAL FINE. I WISH THEM MUCH SUCCESS.

Hey, I bought this just 'cause it was new at Cactus and I once got a ticket by the DPS for speeding through Kenefick, Texas. I listened and was impressed with their songwriting and music mix. My favorite tune was "Texas Sky", and I really got a kick out of the hidden track "Cows Yall". These guys are gonna hit it big and I'm glad I got one of their debut CD's!
