My ALL-TIME favorite. Noone puts more soul into their own music than Stoney. I have had the honor to meet the whole band and they are great guys and incredible musicians. I AM the biggest fan.
Wow!!! That's all I can say about Stoney LaRue. I had heard he was even better live than in person and it is more than true!!! Nowadays most bands sound better on their recordings than in person. I saw him with Wayne Hubbard Band at the Cypress Saloon and it was a kick a** show!!! Can't wait to see him again - his whole band was excellent!!!
Been a fan of Stoney's from the very first time I heard him sing. He has soulful voice and God given talent for writing and he's a pretty good guitar player as well. ( :
Live at Billy Bob's was a great show and you should have been there to see Stoney and the boys rock at the end(not on the cd). All the tracks on the cd are great and I highly recommend you purchase all of Stoney's music and catch him live. Keep on keepin' on Stoney!
