Personality, great lyrics,(Crazy Eddie's Last Hurrah! Yeh Baby!)vocals, and rockin' live shows that keep you comin' back for more! I should know I've been to about forty. The lastest CD "The Day" is a must have. Definitly my fav! Reckless Kelly is a genuine one of a kind original band!
well what to say...crazy eddies last hurrah might be the finest song lyrically that willy braun has ever written...however the day as a cd is muddy...production is a little muddy...hey twang trust!!!you listening?get in there and remaster the damn thing!!!the boys deserve it .

Reckless Kelly is really the epitome of a great Texas band. Not only does their music encompass so many genres, but they are really a great group of guys. They played my hometown two days before my 21st birthday and the bar owner wouldn't let me in because of my age. Jay Nazz, the drummer, told the owner that I was with the band and that I sold merchandise for the band. The owner let me in with no problems and we heard one kick ass concert. After that they were cool enough to let us hang out with them at their hotel afterwards. Reckless Kelly is a real class act. Its good to see that great musicians still care about their biggest supporters, their fans. Thanks Reckless Kelly for the awesome birthday gift.

Saw the Reckless show at the Firehouse last week and thought it was really enjoyable. I like the new cd a whole lot, although Millican is still my favorite. Reckless rocks

Tell ya what, These boys are good. Say what you want about the new CD. Personally I like and I don't care if you don't. Just don't say a bad thing about the live show that these guys put together. A packed house, a cold night, four encores, and a lead singer (Willy) completely blowing out his voice just because he wanted to put on a good show. Willy could have quit at anytime after his voice went, but he kept after it. The stillwater crowd loves these guys and shows it by singing along with every song. Great covers, innovative originals, and a rockin stage show and live presence should make a trip to one of their concerts worthwhile.
