I love Seth James and his music, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to see him in 2 years. Everytime I try to go to a venue where he is playing, he has been cancelled. I wonder what the deal is? He's an awesome blues performer, and I love watching him play his guitar. Hope to see him soon!

I know several fans including myself who are wondering where he's at. Surely it doesn't take this long to write and record a new studio album. I know he got married to Jessica Murray from Cory Morrow's band, so maybe he and Jessica are spending time together. I thought maybe they're focusing on her solo career but I haven't heard anything about her either. According to LoneStarMusic.com, Seth is playing in Fredericksburg at Auslander Biergarten on 3/16/2007. It's the Auslander Spring Music Festival. First show I've heard of in a while. He normally plays at the big ski trip (themusicfest.com) in January every year, but not this year. I'm concerned. Hope everything is okay with him!

I have also been wondering where Seth is. My best friend grew up with him and has been all over to see his shows. I saw him at the Blue Light in Lubbock with Wade Bowen on the Live Cd, but that was several years ago. I have never seen someone whale the guitar like he did that night with Wade. You name it and he can do it, behind the back, or with his toes. He is amazing, and I loved his music. Maybe my buddy will know whats up.

Like some other posters, I'm wondering what is the deal with Seth? I saw him in the fall of 2005, and they were talking about a new album. I haven't heard anything from him since. It's tough out there as a blues artist, but I was really hoping he was going to do well.

Does anyone have an update of Seth James? He's website hasn't been updated in over a year and I'm ready for his next cd... He's an amazing artist and I miss him!

I have been waiting Seth's return to Austin area....no luck....does anyone know if everything is okay with Seth James? Can't find any information since I saw him in Jan 2006......kinda worried...

The absolute best encore performance, by far! we may be a little biased, but we love this guy and his music! We can't wait to hear "Chains at my Feet" live again like on the "live at Gruene Hall" album. Peace and love!

I bought both of Seth's CDs after seeing him play guitar at Billy Bob's recently. He didn't sing during this performance, but I have never seen such a fantastic guitar player. The CDs are awesome. He has a great voice for blues.

My son,Jesse 14, and I went to Gruene anxiously awaiting the Seth James concert. I went to the ATM and my card wouldn't work.We were devastated....Seth pulls up in a van and recognized my son as a fan.When I told him what was going on, he immediately reached in his pocket and gave us the money for the tickets."I don't want you guys to miss the show...." This is not only a talented guy, he is the NICEST person I have ever met!!! I paid him back when my sister arrived, and he was shaking it off....had to MAKE him take it.WHat a GREAT guy AND GREAT ARTIST!!!!!
