Pearl Snaps
This album is a fresh alternative to the stale, pop-like, top 40 refuse played on the radio. Jason Boland is a songwriter who puts soul and raw emotion into his songs, such as "Proud Souls" and "Backslider Blues", yet also manages to pull out some old honky tonk sing along songs such as "Pearl Snaps". This CD is a must have for all fans of Americana music.

Album Review
I bought this CD because I kept seeing great reviews on the site and I must say....wow! Adam Carroll is one of the best songwriters I've heard in a long, long, time... Adam's pen is his paintbrush and his songs paint a glorius mural of East Texas.

I saw these guys for the first time when they opened for Pat at Gruene Hall in March. They blew me away, and I immediately bought this cd. Even though I didnt know any songs, they put on an incredible show. Now everyone I know is hooked on this cd. Look for these guys to stick around for a long time. I cant wait for them to get to Dallas in July.....

I just bought my fifth copy of this CD. Why, you ask? Because it is my way of converting people to Texas Music. I have given away four copies to my closest friends who needed to be "saved". Check it out if you haven't already. Then start converting everyone you know.

Album Review
This cd is a "must have" for any fan of Texas Songwriters. Owen takes us on a journey across Texas on this debut CD. Songs like "Dry Creek" paint a vivid picture of Saturday afternoons in Austin. I recently moved out of state, but I can always put on this CD, grab a Shiner from the fridge, close my eyes, and Owen takes me home.

Live at Stubb's
This acoustic recording captures the spirit of Reckless Kelly's live shows. The rootsy version of the AC/DC tune "You Shook Me All Night Long" rocks. I can't wait 'til their new CD comes out.

American Troubadour
Dub Miller's voice echoes the legends that have come before him, and he stays true to the tradition. This man IS Texas. Dub Miller is not another Jack Ingram/Pat Green ripoff. This CD has the same flavor of Guy Clark's, "Texas Cookin." Just one listen to Dub Miller and it is obvious that like Guy Clark and Robert Earl Keen, he is going to be around a long time.

Here We Go - Live
The best compilation of Pat Green's work. In my opinion one of the great Texas country CD's out there. This one does service to his fantastic shows. A must have for any Texas Music fan
