RISCKY'S CATCH came into existence as a result of Jim Riscky's passion for fishing. In 1995 Jim was enjoying himself so much, during one of his fishing expeditions, that he began to feel guilty. He began to think, how can I call this work and get away with it? Research and Development, that's what I'll call it, so in 1996, after many long days of fishin, cookin, and eatin Jim proudly opened the doors of "RISCKY'S CATCH", and the rest is history.
