Specht's is a hidden gem tucked away in Bulverde, Tx. Rumor has it Willie Nelson used to frequent the joint way back when. The food is All American...enchiladas, burgers (veggie too), salad, catfish and the fixin's. They have live music Fridays and Saturdays on their out door patio. The stage backs up to a pasture of sweet cows and the landscape is quite a show!
