Annual Texas Rice Festival! Thousands of Southeast Texans will gather in Winnie to celebrate the Annual Texas Rice Festival with food (rice balls, gumbo and ettouffé), games (carnival rides, a midway and talent show), and rice-themed exhibits (antique farm display, rice education exhibit and an art contest).
