Having been a fixture in the Dallas – Fort Worth music scene since 2004 The Kyle Bennett Band has developed a solid fan base across North Texas and quickly are capturing the hearts of fans throughout the rest of the state. Though the group goes by the name of The Kyle Bennett Band this is no one man show. The group was founded by John Seidler (lead guitar, vocals) and Kyle Bennett (vocals, rhythm guitar) as two strangers with one story to tell. They began writing and practicing on weekends and their sound quickly gained popularity in the region. With a few lineup changes, the Kyle Bennett Band added in Jon "Fish" Hunt (Guitar/Harmony Vocals) and a smooth combination of drums and bass, Beau Brauer (Drums) and Rody Molder (Bass) making the perfect combination for the success of the band. On the surface it seems easy to stereotype their sound as Texas Music but it goes deeper than that. It’s a mixture of life lessons and a determined professionalism. Take a few hard knocks, a couple of relationships gone wrong , mix in some good times and you have the heart and soul that delivers the sound of The Kyle Bennett Band. Their self-titled debut release (also known as “the red CD”) has sold thousands and held top ten slots on the Best Sellers chart at Lone Star Music. In addition it produced several singles that still remain in current rotation on stations across the region today such as “Adios,” “What’s It Like,” “Donnelly Drive” and “Later On.” Their new release “Grey Sunrise” delivers a new style packed with ambition and emotion that is certain to make one take notice. The signature vocals and guitar remain core to their sound along with a more refined and solidified delivery ranging from the rockin’ energy of live shows to polished ballads. The band definitely hybrids Country and Rock but not in the traditional Southern Rock way; It can be edgy but not screatching and there is a sound to Bennett’s voice and a style to the band that sets them apart from the rest. If reaction from the first single for this new release “Should’ve Listened” is any indicator to the success of the new lineup and sound of The Kyle Bennett Band this release is sure to be a milestone for the group as stations and fans are eating it up right out of the box. Whether listening to their recordings or watching them live on stage one can’t help but be transformed to the world of this talented and up and coming band. Ya’ll hold on and remember “There ain’t nothin’ wrong with The KBB!”

Who Knows
Saw these guys at the Horseman. My impressions: 1. They talk too much. 2. They aren't very good, not necessarily bad but not better than a hundred bands out there. 3. They thanked the crowd for supporting Texas Country. I wondered why because they sure didn't play much of it. If you like these guys more power to you but I wanna hear somebody play music, not try to get the crowd to scream f**K it. Music for kiddos.

I don't care what anyone says, The KBB puts on one of the best shows I have ever seen. I travel around and photograph different bands and have seen tons of bands perform live. There are a lot of bands out there that are great performers, but when it comes to really pumping up the crowd and just flat out rockin the place, The KBB knows how to get it done. And not only do they rock the place out, when they headline a show they ALWAYS give credit to the opening band no matter how good or bad they played. It's just respect and they really know how to make everyone have a great time. You can tell that is why they perform, because they love to give a great show and see everyone having a great time.

I caught them at the Hoseman Club while on a business trip to TMS. They definetly had some of the best stage presence I have seen in the past few years. I bought one of thier CD's in which they where charging 15.....I felt that it was a deal at 20 and told them to keep the change. I will definetley pick up any other CD's they put out in the future. Adios

Great band and great album. These guys deserve more radio play, which as of now they are getting almost none. There really isnt a dud on this album, great Texas Country. Sure you can say they are Pat Green and what not knock offs, but really is that such a bad thing. Better than anything in Nashville.
