Match made in songwriters’ heaven

Perhaps quality songwriting provides common ground for the listener. That certainly seemed to be the case Friday, as Lovett and Hiatt shared the stage for a two-hour performance of deeply affecting, articulate, funny, sometimes sardonic songs.
