Chris Knight is the real deal. He is what the Nashville wannabe's want everyone to think they are. Title track is story of a son who is afraid he is becoming the kind of dissapointment of a man his father was. Same theme as the powerful William's Son from Enough Rope. Hell Aint Half Full is about justifying the compromises we make. Thanks God Chris Knight refuses to compromise. Great album. Do yourself a favor and buy it.
Incredible new album. Chris just never lets you down. He is a singer songwriter that simply is above the rest. Thanks for all the years of excellent music from Chris Knight!

We came back from our holiday in Germany, Moselgebiet, very, very nice and I looked at new CD's and YES a new one from Chris Knight!!
I heard the samples and indeed, it's really Chris!! I can hardly wait to order this one. I listen about ten years ago at the local recordstore to Chris Knight, yes indeed, the one with guitar and dog on the cover and there began the countryrock adventure! I wiil not say it's the end, but it's a sort of homecoming.
This is all I live for, new Chris Knight albums. Now if only we could get him up North of the border for a visit. Hope you guys appreciate the amazing talent you have down there!
