Just to clear things up, I just talked to Cory Morrow's manager and road manager five minutes ago and neither one of them remembers anyone yelling "Bleu hates you" at Gruene Hall or Tin Hall (the only places Cory has played in the last month.)
Bravo Kelly, & I will add, Bleu doesn't HATE ANYONE & it is very disconcerting that this is even being aired. Let's drop it & concentrate on the REAL issue to be aired here, Bleu's MUSIC!! Keep it coming baby, I love it.
Hey, Bleu doesn't hate Cory at all. I don't know why anyone would say that.
i just wanted to know if anyone could tell me why bleu doesnt like cory morrow. email my ass cause i want to know... i was at a cory concert like two weeks ago and the crowd starting chanting "bleu hates you." i was fucking pissed. anyways hit me up.
I saw The Bleu Edmondson Band open for Reckless Kelly at the Lab in San Antonio this past weekend. While we all know that RK is amazing, I'm here to tell you that Bleu is also! His song writing is nearing perfection and his band’s stage presence is phenomenal. Bleu's guitar player, Coby is a God and his rhythm section is perfectly solid. To top it all off, they are such a sexy group of guys. Bleu, keep up the great work, I can't wait for your next album!
Good music. Nice show in Dallas at jacks pub; fun time after words also. Anyway actually just wanted to write this to maybe get that terrible vanessa off the front page; thats embarrasing. Oh well, keep writing good tunes, keep putting on good shows. Fuck Cory.
Bleu Edmonson is AWESOME! He is just as good as Pat Green and Robert Earl Keen!!!!! He's gunna get big!! I love that song,.. 50 dollars and a flask of crown! it is sooo badass! Good Luck Bleu!!
And for yall Pat Green fans.. until next time.. CARRY ON!!
I bought the "Southland" CD after seeing Bleu and his band perform at Gruene Hall. "Southland" has some first class contributing musicians such as Brendon Anthony, Terri Hendrix, Roger Creager, and Lloyd Maines, etc. Buy this CD and if you have the opportunity, definitely go to see Bleu Edmondson's show. The performance was very good and the music was exceptional. The addition of Coby Wier on guitar certainly enhances the sound of Bleu's heartfelt songs. I completely understand why this band is beginning to get so much radio play in New Braunfels, Texas.
Sorry, but one star is way too much. Just another Pat Green copy cat. No voice, no carisma, no originality, and way too much foul mouth. Show's no fun. Kept finding myself looking at my watch hoping it would soon be over.
I have seen Bleu perform twice and both times was amazed at his talent as a performer and songwriter. His performance at Poodies Hilltop was as good as any I have ever seen. I am an avid Texas Music fan and have been since birth as my Dad played lead guitar with the likes of Boo Campbell in South Houston.
Bleu touches his crowd with lyrics that people can relate to. His band was absolutely amazing and could easily move from a slow Merle Haggard Ballad to Texas Rock in 2.5 seconds!
As my fiance' announced at Poodie's "This young man is going places". I have no doubt! and ... he made it to the scrapbook!
