Jamie and his band are among our greatest priorities when we come to Texas. He had a crowd of 6000 thousand fans when he came to France. You guys in Texas have the best acts in country music and you don't know how lucky you are. Jamie is one of them, his songwriting, his voice, the band, they all deserve the best.

AWESOME CD! I loved every song on the album, although 2 tracks DID stick out from the rest as being my personal favorites: Track 8: Devil In Me and Track 11: Back In Oklahoma Both of which touched my heart like few songs can anymore. Truely a must have for anyone's Texas Music Collection!

Jamie's got to the hardest working true and traditional "Honky Tonker" today. He is our favorite and should be yours as well. His music is real, original and Texas. All, and I mean ALL of his songs are great to dance to. He his very personable on stage and will even talk to you off stage. We go see him whenever he is within 50 miles of our house and you should too.

You know, as a music director, I probably see at least 20 CD's that come across my desk a day. It takes some big ones to make a statement as bold as the one i'm fixing to make, but hands down I believe that Jamie Richards CD "Between These Lines" has to be one of the best I've heard in a long time. Every Song on the album is Radio worthy and We jumped the gun around December and started spinning "Last Call". The Phones went crazy! Last Call is still a strong song for Lonestar Fm and I can say this...Every song on Jamies CD is a HIT!!!! If you get a chance to pick up the CD it's gonna be money well spent. If he's playing close by as well..make sure you go out and catch his live show as well! Funny how good music helps cold beer go down. Enjoy The Show! Egon

Between These Lines
If you like good country music you’re going to love the new Jamie Richard’s album. Following up his debut album was not going to be an easy task. Jamie’s first album was outstanding and one of the few albums I have ever listened to over and over. Over the years I have found a few artists that put out albums that you can listen to repeatedly. George Strait, Willie Nelson, and George Jones come to mind, but few artists put high quality songs on every single cut on an album. Those that do this on occasion very rarely write the songs on their albums. After all there are not that many Willie Nelson’s in this world. If your looking for that type of artist and CD that you will want to play over and over again, then you have to get Jamie’s new album Between These Lines. I could tell you how great every single cut on the album is, or how I have played it continuously for the past several months since I bought it, but the best thing I can tell you is order it today so you can start enjoying this outstanding CD. They’ve Never Been to Texas is a great toe tapping song that says it all about today’s country music. Wasted, Jamie’s first single of the album is also an up beat fun song that makes you want to get out on the dance floor. Last Call, his current single, is a bittersweet love song that you’ll find yourself humming as soon as you’ve heard it the first time. The Devil in Me is another of my personal favorites that has great lyrics. The haunting words and melody to So Did I is one of my personal favorites that talks of love lost and how are opinion of ourselves is tied to what those we love think of us. And I have never, never, never, heard anyone do a better version of George Jones ‘classic Window Up Above. I sure would like to hear Jamie do Walk Through This World With Me. As a struggling songwriter myself, I love Jamie’s songs and find myself being inspired to write. As a songwriter Jamie’s writing ability is up they’re with the best songwriters in country music such Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, and Merle Haggard. In addition, Jamie’s singing can rival the best on today’s charts such as Brad Paisley, George Strait, and Allan Jackson. While his style is reminiscent of the best traditional country singers such as George Jones and Merle Haggard. You add to that the energy and quality of one of his concerts that can rival the best that the Texas Music scene has to offer today such as Cory Morrow or Kevin Fowler, and what you have is a true super star in the making. If there are still major labels & AR guys out there in the business that want to find a genuine and original talent that is the whole package than this young man is on his way to the very top. This album is GREAT and one you don’t want to miss. Thanks D Records for bringing us this quality of entertainment. The label that started the careers of George Jones and George Strait has certainly proved they are back on top again with Jamie Richards

Living in Louisiana, I don't get to hear that much Texas Music. On a recent trip to Abilene, a friend and DJ, Greg Austin, let me listen to a few of Jamie's songs. How could I not have heard this guy before?? Rarely is EVERY song on an album good! His voice is solid, pure country. "Love you back to Texas" and "Last Call" are my favorites, but I cant seem to stop listening to the entire album. I'm an instant fan of Jamie's and look forward to his next album.
