The woman has the voice of an angel and has a stage presence / appearance that is very appealing. The total package. Maybe the next Bonnie Raitt. Go see her live and buy the CDs, you will be amazed.

Flew in late to in Corpus Christi Thursday night and went looking for a beer and burger. Found the beer and also found Bonnie Bishop and her band. What a great sound, what an expressive voice and of course, no one sings a song like like a songwriter. I was shocked at my good luck finding this band and this CD. I have at least 10 "favorite" songs on this CD alone.
I got a burned copy of the new CD from Bonnie last week. Wow! "Soft to the Touch" is by far the best new CD out there. I know, I work with a lot of hard core honky tonk bands both in the booking agency and at KILT. And I became a fan of Bonnie's because of her earlier real country sound. This departure to a bluesier, more mature sound is exactly where she needs to be headed. Her voice demands this sound. BUY THIS CD! SEE HER SHOWS!
The voice of an angel is returning with a new album. A it different from her debut album, but it'sabout time for some new music. I predict "Soft to the Touch" to be another great effort.
Bonnie Bishop is AWESOME! I saw her open at Stoney's release party at Billy Bob's. she was so great, I bought the cd there and we listened to it all the way back to New Braunfels. Cant wait for the new cd!
It only takes one performance and you're hooked. Bonnie has a true talent not only for singing but also for writing songs that touch your soul. And after getting to know her personally, she's definitely deserving of the best life can bring her, personally and professionally.

Bonnie has a powerful singing voice with perfect pitch, plus the energy and charisma to win over just about any listener. Another great example of how much musical talent we have here in Texas. I saw her live at Hill's in Austin and couldn't believe how good she sounded.
