CB & the LTM are so refreshing to hear. The music is theirs; no doubt that it pours from the heart. I haven't heard this disc yet, but I am buying it because I know it has to be at least half as good as their shows. After seeing them live, I will buy every disc they release!
CASEY IS ONE OF THE MOST TALETED GUITARIST AND SONGWRITERS WHO HASN'T BEEN GIVEN A FAIR LOOK. CHECK HIM OUT SO THAT YOU KNOW WHO THE HELL EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT
First of all Casey is my second cousin, and although I have never seen him live, i have listened to his CD and think that Gleam of Hope is a Great song! Keep it up guys
Jerry must not have seen the same band I did. I just caught these guys at Adair's and they put on one of the best shows I have ever seen. As a veteran of many Texas music shows, I found their music a refreshing change. Definately one of the genres best kept secrets.
Mlke, Ryan, Bradley, and john don't know what they are talking about--this band is absolutely terrible, put them in with TX High Life and 5 mile. Wannabe's
Keep an eye on Casey Berry he is one of the hottest texas country artist to come out of the panhandle. THIS GUY IS GOING PLACES! Great on cd but YOU MUST catch him live to really see the talent casey has. I'm proud too say i was there when casey started out and i've watch him grow into one hell of a artist.
I recently saw Casey Berry and the Live Texas Mosquitoes at Golden Light July, 10 2004. (On my 21st Birthday). If you like Texas Country you'll love Gleam of Hope. And if you ever get the chance, go see these guys live. They kick ass!!!
I got the Gleam of Hope CD a few weeks ago, and it's a really good CD. I cant wait to see the Live Texas Mosquitos @ Homer's June 21st.
Casey Berry’s Gleam of Hope is a great album. It has great Texas songwriting and upbeat tempos. It's like a cross between Cooder Graw and Cross Canadian Ragweed. If you dig Texas or country music, get this album. Casey Berry and the Live Texas Mosquitoes also put on one hell of a live show too!
