the sax player, cos costello was fabulous. the best i've ever heard. playing 2 sax's at the same time and sounding great was incredible. i'll be back for sure if thats the quality of entertainment billy's has to offer the public.

Nice place. Cold beer. Did not care much for the country /americana music. The large crowd attending were all in a quiet, low monotone mood because of the music. Get some upbeat, rockin' sounds that the crowd to make a happy crowd.

This is a great place to go catch some live music easly the best bar in New Braunfels. Great laid back crowd, friendly staff, cold beer and good music. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Live music 5 nights a week no cover, got to see Zion with Carlton Pride great gig. Got to visit, great outdoor bar with a/c, nice stage cool crowd

True, however the River Road Ice House is a DUMP!

Great fun place, not only was it a good country bar near the river it has great music. They also have the Rocky Thompson! You have to go kick back and have a good time, You can't beat it!
