Never heard of him, don't know anyone who's heard of him, don't know where he's from or nothing els. But this is a really great CD. Really.

Wings, you're a dumb ass, I don't know if you are a musician youreself, but if you were you would know what it is like to play in dives your whole life and not make any money obviously there are exceptions, Reckless kelly, I don't know how much they make but it's defintly not as much as they would make in Nashville. Pat Green and Randy Rogers are just trying to make a buck, yaou can't tell me that you would rather play in Texas making 50,000 dollars a year more than you would playing in nashville for 250,000 dollars a year. You can't blame them they all have families and they are just trying to give their familiy the best life possible.

I can see the Nashville vultures circling overhead right now. They are swooping down to take a look at their next meal. I haven't seen or heard hide nor hair of this guy (in Houston here) and about the time I do, I suppose he will be on CMT acting like "real country singer" is supposed to. I guess it's only fair, we took Willy when they didn't want him and now they are starting to get revenge....Pat Green (not quit nashville), Randy Rogers etc. and Jake will be gone too (though I may be exagerating how soon) But DAMN! This album is good, all good! 100% good! There are at least 5 or 6 or 7 singles on this thing...I was having Beatles and Stones album flashbacks (for you young punks, that means back when all the songs were actually good enough to be on the album) Well anyway, fight off the buzzards for a while.

Good songs, great vocals and harmonies. Great musicians. That about does it---oh it's pretty too, nice pictures.

I first heard Jake play at "Wild West" in Lubbock. The show was awesome so I bought his CD. This is the best Texas Country album I've heard in a long time. I just want everyone to know that this CD is a must have!
