This CD is by far the worst CD that PG has ever released. He has even said so himself. This CD is nothing but complete garbage. Let's just hope this Nashville stud can regroup because if this if the direction he's taking his music then peace out. Sell out.

Great Thought Stuart.... But..No one should want to be Steve Earl if they don't know how to craft a song like him. Which is the point of my comment. There are all these kids down here trying to sing like Steve[Who is not a great singer by his own admission] but unfortunately don't write very good songs. Attitude is not a substitute for talent.

Hey Stuart I'm not stirring it up. I just asked because I don't really think Pat sounds that much different. That's the reason I was taking up for him. I've never been that huge of a fan. But I think Texas music fans are guilty of calling him a sell out because he's making more expensive sounding records.I just don't think that's a bad thing. The material he's cutting sounds like better songs to me. I just hope the Texas scene breaks an artist outside of Texas so that the rest of the world will know that there is a real music scene here and not just a bunch of Steve Earle wannabe's that aren't very good. unfortunantly that is the general consensus outside the state line.

Saw Pat in concert last Thursday night in Lancaster PA - talk about the old days - awesome show and made me reconsider the new stuff. He played ALL the old songs, as well as some new tunes and a U2 cover as well. HE KICKED ASS!!

Dallas, I don't like Pat Green because he isn't good anymore. I did use to like Pat Green. I liked him because he was good.
