Deryl has an amazing down home feel that would drive anyone to want to know him and his music. I find it hard to miss his shows and hope I can continue to visit as many of them as possible. Deryl's over all presence is compelling.

Deryl's newest album, Live at Billy Bob's is so great, it the only one that stays in my CD player ALL the time. Fantistic songwriter, fantastic singer, fantastic person to meet. He is what country and Texas music is all about!

Deryl, my man, you have done it again with Billy Bob's and it only gets better. As I have listened to your music over the years, I find that you are getting stronger on the comeback and I look forward to where it is going. Keep up the hard work and it will pay off. What can I say? I nearly missed my train going back home from seeing Dale in New York City. I just hated to leave before his last set was over, but good thing I did. I just made it on time. Hehe..And I'd do it again, Seeing Deryl perform live was well worth it! Go see him when ya can! & buy his music, you'll be happy you did!! :)

I got this disc, being a fan of Deryl's music, just expecting to hear a few live versions of my favorites. I didn't expect all the other great tunes that are on here!! It's great to see Deryl out there pickin' again. The addition of Craig Clemen's tune "New Tony Lamas" is a nice pick too. My only regret is that I never went to the show, sounds like it was a hell of a good time...

Deryl & the rest of his band are awesome. Whenever they're close I go to every concert. I have all his CDs, with exception of the latest. His concerts are the best & he really puts on a great show for the crowd. His voice is superb & he sings from the heart and about life. My favorite song is "How I Got to Memphis". It's on my answer machine at home. The whole "Pearl Snaps" CD is great! As far as I'm concerned, Nashville lost a really talented singer/songwriter. As long as there are honkytonks here in Texas, Deryl & the guys will do just fine - Texas born - Yea, Baby!!
