This is a great Cd, I think jason is one of the best guitar players in texas music today, you will see this in his chicken pluckin song. This guy is a true to the bone texas artist and has a great voice.

Ever since the first time I heard "Lucky Arms", I had a feeling Jason would be destined for stardom. He has a true country sound while also being able to get down on various other sounds. His live shows are fabulous, everyone should catch him next time he is in your area. Maybe some day soon, someone who has the power to promote, will see him or listen to his music and move him on up where he truly belongs, although a lot of local folks would be unhappy because he would not be around here as much.

Jason is one of the best performers to come along in a long time. Every song on his CD, Wouldn't It Be Nice, is good enough to be a hit. "Must Have Been Meant to Be", a great love song, has been released from that CD as a single. He wrote, or helped write just about every song on the CD. Heard him at Gruene Hall Feb. 27, and he couldn't have been better. He has got it all, a great singer, songwriter, musician, and entertainer. He needs to be discovered in a big way.

I got to say that I really like this guy. He's really country, and he's just as ignored as Ed Burleson, Dale Watson, Two Tons of Steel, Eleven Hundred Springs, Cave Cat Sammy, Danni Leigh, and the rest of the roots honky tonkers. At least you all can starve together while Texas Music lovers buy the latest Pat Green cookie cutter artist. Keep it country!

Dear Please: Before you slam an artist you might try actually buying a CD and looking and listening to it. Jason has a lot of original music, especially on the "Wouldn't It Be Nice" CD. There are a lot of people that have input on what gets released as a single for radio airplay.

please, please, please WRITE a song, Jason. Go join People's Choice if you're gonna keep covering other artists. John Michael Montgomery had Lucky Arms ten years ago and God knows how long ago George Jones had Your Heart Turned Left. Sorry dude, you can sing, but do something original, PLEASE.

This CD is a must. It shows Jason's talents and personality. Although every song is a keeper, which is rare on current recordings, there are several standouts. "Must Have Been Meant To Be" is a love song that crosses all boundaries. I know of one couple who has designated that as there wedding song in April 2005. The title track is inspired by his mom and will have you harkening for the old days. The really special songs are the ghost tracks at the end where he and his dad do gospel together and give real insight to his soul and show his beautiful voice.

Jason is the best thing to happen to Texas Music since George Strait. He can handle any style music with ease, however, his forte is traditional country music (old school). He writes, plays and sings the best music to come on the scene in years. I had just about given up on country music until I heard him. Not only is he a fantastic talent and performer, he and his famiy are real people. The only downside is that I had to buy 3 copies of each CD so I have them in each vehicle and the house. Well worth it. Thanks so much Jason! and thanks to his family for developing and sharing his awesome talents.

Hi Jason! We met when Dale & Max were at 99.5's/Justin's Front Porch thing. I mentioned to Dale how much I loved "Something I Dreamed". Later you gave Dale a signed CD of yours...Something I Dreamed, and he surprised me with it. Thanks! I'm fortunate because I get to be exposed to a lot of CD's because of Dale. I truly love music and I listen to every CD Dale brings home. You signed this CD for me and that was so nice. However, the biggest surprise was how awesome the CD is! I absolutely love "Something I Dreamed"....True Blue Country Songs like that don't come along just everyday! And I could go on and on about the other songs...lucky arms, etc. I very highly recommend your CD because I sooo very much love great country music. I have been around Jason as he has grown both in music and in years. Jason has a voice that can make you get up and dance or just sit back and recollect on life. I will be glad to here his music in Colorado and any other state that I may be passing through. Jason, you have the gift, just keep on playing...
