Hope they come to Texas again soon, they are one of a kind and the new album is fantastic. What a great group.

DBT's new album "Brighter that Creations Dark" is a very good album that features 19 new songs including my favorite..."That Man I Shot".
Great record. DBT's most fully-formed effort to date. Highly recommended.
THE GREATEST ROCK BAND EVER
this album is significant as it marks the debut of third guitarist/songwriter Jason Isbell in the DBT line up.
His two contributions to this record are truley the stand out tracks. Outfit is a country singalong with a twist in the tale, as a working man hands out a little down home advice to his musician son.
Decoration day is a gripping southern feuding gothic story that leaves the listner searching for more of this mans output. (check out The Dirty South ).
High energy music that will ROCK.
I would love to see DBT tour with RAGWEED. What an unbelievable show that would be.

best southern rock out there. they tell the stories of the south from a different point of view much like skynyrd because rather than seeing them, they lived them. and they are always fresh and hard thanks to the multiple angles of every song. with 3 songwriters, 3 lead singers, and 3 lead guitarists you can't get bored.
and the albums are great, but if you get the chance it's thier live show that truly sets them apart. seen them multiple times and they always play for over 2 hours...it's incredible...
The best live rock and roll band in country!! I saw DBT at the Fillmore in San Francisco and they rocked!!! Southern Rock Opera is a masterpiece; Dirty South is a must have; but Decoration Day by far is DBT's best work to date.
