Billboard calls it one of the best albums of the year...you cant say it any better than that...Anywhere But Here, Constantly, Broken, 17....the list of great songs goes on and on.
This is an awesome album from an awesome band. I have listened to it all the way through several times and every time i hear it I am more and more impressed. This band is truly unique and I definately reccomend this album.
BURNTOUT: Just because you couldn't get in and one of them stole your girl, don't take it out on the Oklahoma boys. Keep bringing the music down to Texas.
I just listened to the album, and I think they came out of the box swinging with their major label debut. These guys have come along way since Carney, and every fan, old and new, should own the "Purple Album". It is definitely time to take notice of the great music coming out of Oklahoma and you guys represent us well. Take care.

The band, the guys, the talent, and the album are all amazing! For all of those devoted fans, this album offers all of the ingenuity of the past plus a step up added with a lot of rock-and-roll and extremely powerful lyrics and music. For those of you who are just being initiated to the group, you HAVE to have this album as well as all of the others! You won't be disappointed! Check out the energy of their live shows as soon as you can too! I know that the album hasn't come out yet, but I wanted to get my review in early because I know that this thing is going to hit the roof! Lots of love to Shannon and the boys! Great work! these boys can make some music now. they make there own trends and follow noone else's. they are truely original and if radio would ever give them a chance, i think they would be the next big thing. im sure this album is going to be just as badass as the other 2 origianls.
I have heard pretty much every song on this cd performed and it a definate buy for any music lover. This cd will raise the bar in what we have come to expect from this extremely talented group of musicians.
