Different....but still GREAT!!!
i bet pat has got more than Lone Star Beer in his cereal these days...
All good things fade away.
Hey-
Great album....he mellows out but its good...if you think this guy has sold out on the texas music scene you havent been to a concert lately...pat jams just like he always has and always will...great cd and would recommend it to anyone...
Big time Pat Green fan but this didnt quite meet my expectations. Im sure i will adapt and end up loving every song on this CD but this just isnt the typical hard core Pat Green i like and am use to hearing. Didnt mention anything about texas except in the song California and all he mentioned was he was from Austin, and that is definatly dissapointing. However as with every Pat Green album this Green fan would certainly say its worth the purchase though.
He has done it again. He has a way of writing that puts him in a very high league. Him and Walt Wilkins together can flat write music! There is no question it is a little different than previous albums, but the new sound is very good! Here's to Pat Green!!
great artist..mellowing out big time....older stuff is better
by the way i'm from the greatest state in the world TEXAS!! and believe strongly in the Texas music scene
i can't believe all you losers who thinks pat's givin up his texas roots. Just because it's played in other places doesn't mean it's not still TEXAS country. Ya'll are talkin like he's sold out or somethin. If you think he's sold out because they're playin his songs in other states, then according to ya'll he must have sold out a long time ago because before he even sign with his major lable i heard his "George's Bar" on the radio in Folorida. So basically what i'm sayin is that ya'll don't know what the hell you're talkin about and that pat's new cd is great!
