Texas and grew up in the small community
of Timpson. He has lived most of his adult life

His debut album, For Michele, is dedicated to the memory of his oldest daughter whom he lost at the age of fourteen. The CD is a collection of real and near-real people, places and events. The album is a mixture of country ballads, western swing and The Tropics. In his words “ What a kick it was having some of the best pickers and vocalists around join me on the record.” These include John Inmon, Jack Saunders, Keith Sykes, Mark Mireles, Silver Shoes, Steve Palousek, Darcie Deaville, Rick Richards, Patrick Brennan, and Allen Huff.
