Wearing "gal leg" spurs, a badge and a gun belt, he patrolled the Mexican border on horseback and witnessed the uprising led by the notorious revolutionary, Pancho Villa. His grandson, Lloyd Morris, carries on the family cowboy tradition, but in a more peaceful fashion, wielding a guitar instead of a gun. The spurs still get to see some action, but only from the back of Lloyd's boots when he is tapping his toes to the beat of a good, old-fashioned cowboy song.
