Grand Funk Railroad, Kevin Fowler headed to FALLSFEST

They’re an American band, and they’re headed to FallsFest. Grand Funk Railroad will be headlining "rock night" at FallsFest Sept. 29, while Texas artist Kevin Fowler will take the stage Sept. 28 for "country night."
