Bowen caps Lubbock Music Festival with spirited crowd

Wade Bowen made a triumphant return to the Hub City on Saturday to headline the main stage on the second night of the Lubbock Music Festival. The audience, although smaller than that of Friday night's headliner, was no less enthusiastic.
