Six months after helping kick-start a blues revival with his 1983 debut Texas Flood, guitar hero Stevie Ray Vaughan and his band Double Trouble recorded their sophomore album, proving the first one was no fluke and cementing Vaughan's status as a new blues legend.

This new, expanded, two-disc set includes a remastered version of the original eight-song album and a comprehensive essay about the recording of the album by Guitar World editor Andy Aledort, but it's the extras that will have Vaughan's fans rushing to pick this up. Among the 11 bonus tracks on the first disc are three previously unreleased songs, including an alternate take of Elmore James' The Sky is Crying, a different version of the jazzy Stang's Swang with the saxophone removed, and a recently unearthed,
