Country legend Ray Wylie Hubbard, double-platinum recording artist Uncle Kracker, Texas singer-songwriter Jon Christopher Davis, the Mother Truckers and the Mike Mancy and Bleu Edmondson bands will entertain at the third annual "Great Steak of Texas" Sept
