Anne Rice, vampires. Jimmy Buffett, margaritas. George Strait, cowboys. It's the brand, stupid. Strait is the pre-eminent ambassador of the Wrangler-wearing, boot-baring, Stetson-topped, big-buckled, straight-shooting, no-nonsense Texas cowboy crooners.
