I went to a HAAM event at Atone's in Austin, Texas, last November and experienced the "TEXAS GUITAR WOMEN" lineup, of which one of the guitarists was Carolyn Wonderland. She was absolutely awesome, on guitar and vocals. I highly recommend goin' and takin' a listen of her, and them!
I saw Carolyn Wonderland for the first time LIVE in Houston TX last weekend and it was amazing!
I have loved her music for a very long time, but when you see her sing in person - it changes everything about the way you "hear" the songs that she sings. She sings with so much emotion that you literally feel the words...Cannot wait to see her again!!! Check her out! LIVE!!!
Having had the good fortune of growing up during the time of great female voices, Janice, Bonnie Bramlett, Sandy Denny,etc, etc, but this is beyond belief!! What power, what a great production, if you add one piece of music to your collection make it this!!
