another great display of talent from the band that has the most talent touring today. i'm so glad for these good men.the next texas act to explode on the national scene ala los lonelys should and could be these heathens. if not this nation,Europe has already recognized and embraced these "Eagles of austin"*. *-mike galloway 2006 "Momos will one day have a historical plaque recognizing the birthplace of the BoH." -mike galloway 2009 you can quote me on that too

I recently saw the Band of Heathens in Columbia, Missouri at the Blue Note. To put it simply, the Heathens were the best live band I've seen. Period. Though there wasn't much of a crowd (it was a Tuesday during Mizzou's finals week and the Heathens apparently haven't caught on in Missouri yet) but their show had better energy than any of the shows I've seen at that venue and the musicianship that they displayed left me in awe. I was only passingly a fan of the Heathens before, but I can honestly say that at that show I reevaluated my stance and may be the biggest Heathens fan in Missouri. I encourage anyone who has the opportunity to see the Heathens live to take advantage of it because these guys won't leave you disappointed.

I received their album about three days ago and love it. These guys have a raw talent and it shows in their music. I can't wait until the next album. I have a feeling these guys are going to be around for a long time. I live in Georgia and there are a lot of Red Dirt and Texas Music fans here and I wish we had more oppurtunities to see these bands live. Thanks BOH. Keeps it up guys.

This band is pure power. Texas is sure lucky to have talent such as The Band of Heathens. Gotta be seen live!

Caught The Heathens at The Garage in Winston-Salem, NC (6/14) & they absolutely rocked the house...tons of audience foot stompin' & air guitar goin'on! Ya just gotta see them live to appreciate how tight their musicianship & vocals are...just awesome! Keep the wheels spinnin' & the teeth grinnin' guys!

These guys laid down some of the best music at the 2008 SXSW!! Saw them twice and both performances were tight!

The Band of Heathens truly stand for greatness. I've seen these guys many times perform live. They are so very soulful and deliver with genuine integrity. In time, they will take their place with the American Masters of roots music.
