I find this album to be a reflection of a man that writes from the heart. It is not polished in the sense that it is a studio album, in fact it was done by a man in a small space and doing what he could with the limited equipment he had at hand.
Do any of you remember the first album you heard that an artist did it all by their lonesome(for me that would be Todd Rundgren), I think he had a studio and a lot more support.
Take a whirl on this one, it's worth the memory.
